| 目的 为充分利用新疆本地药材雪白睡莲资源,本研究通过超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱联用技术(UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS)对雪白睡莲的化学成分进行鉴定。方法 采用ThermoHypersil GOLD aQ(2.1×150 mm,1.9 μm)色谱柱,0.1%甲酸水溶液-甲醇梯度洗脱,流速0.3mL·min-1,柱温35℃,采用电喷雾电离源(ESI),正、负离子模式扫描。结果 通过对照品比对、一级质谱精确分子量、二级质谱碎片信息,从雪白睡莲中共鉴定出72种化学成分,包括27种有机酸类化合物,20种黄酮类化合物,7种单宁类化合物,4种苯丙素类化合物,2种香豆素类化合物,2种萜类化合物等,并鉴定出雪白睡莲中含有柯里拉京,短叶苏木酚酸和龙胆苦苷等有效成分。结论 本研究采用UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术对雪白睡莲主要化学成分进行了系统阐述,鉴定结果表明,雪白睡莲花中含有多种活性化学成分,为其后续功效研究及相应功能性产品的开发提供研究基础。 |

| OBJECTIVE To exploit the local medicinal resource Nymphaea candida C.Presl from Xinjiang, this study employs Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography coupled with Quadrupole Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry (UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS) to identify its chemical constituents and characterize their fragmentation patterns. METHODS The separation was eluted with Thermo Hypersil GOLD aQ column (2.1×150mm,1.9μm) in a gradient mode, with methanol-0.1% formic acid as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.3 mL·min-1, the column temperature was 35 ℃, the positive and negative electrospray ionization (ESI)was adopted for determine the chromatographic effluent. RESULTS Based on comparison with reference standards, accurate molecular masses from MS1, and fragment ion information from MS2. We identified 72 chemical constituents in Nymphaea candida C.Presl. These identified compounds encompass 27 organic acids, 20 flavonoids, 7 hydrolyzable tannins, 4 phenylpropanoids, 2 coumarins, and 2 terpenoids. Notably, several bioactive constituents were characterized in Nymphaea candida, including Corilagin, Brevifolin carboxylic acid and Gentiopicrin. CONCLUSION In this study, the chemical constituents of Nymphaea candida C.Presl were systematically characterized by UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS. The identified compounds demonstrate a high abundance and diversity of bioactive constituents, providing valuable insights for subsequent pharmacological investigations and the development of functional foods, cosmetics, or nutraceuticals derived from this plant resource. |
